Job Descriptions
1. Coordinate with internal teams (R&D, Production, Sales, and Customer Service) to ensure effective support and response to customer needs. 2. Understand customer requirements and communicate them clearly across the organization. 3. Provide technical support to customers, including product guidance, basic testing, and troubleshooting. 4. Participate in technical meetings and follow up on product development progress with relevant teams. 5. Prepare technical reports and summaries of product performance or test results. 6. Support on-site product trials or customer visits when necessary. 7. Assist the sales team with technical presentations or discussions to support business opportunities.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Science, or Chemical Engineering.
  2. 3 years of experience in Technical Service, R&D, or a related technical field.
  3. Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work well across departments.
  4. Good analytical thinking and basic problem-solving abilities.
  5. Proactive, eager to learn, and capable of working both independently and in a team.
  6. Willing to travel occasionally for customer support or technical visits.
  7. Good English communication skills, especially in reading/writing technical emails and documents.
