-Training & Re-Training พนักงาน -Audit Product แต่ละสาขา -พัฒนา New Product -ขาย Productให้กลุ่มลูกค้าภายนอก -ให้คำปรึกษา/ช่วยเหลือกลุ่มลูกค้าแฟรนไชส์ -มีความน่าเชื่อถือ/โน้มน้าวพนักงานได้ -มีข้อมูลที่แม่นยำ/ถูกต้อง/วัดผลได้ มีความคิดริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์ -มีความน่าเชื่อถือ/เจรจาต่อรองได้ -มีความน่าเชื่อถือ/เจรจาต่อรอง/โน้มน้าวกลุ่มลูกค้าได้ -ทำงานในวันหยุดเสาร์/อาทิตย์/นขัตฤกษ์ (กรณีจัดกิจกรรมพิเศษ และ Audit/Training เร่งด่วน) -ทำงานล่วงเวลาบ่อยครั้ง -การเดินทางบ่อยครั้ง -เดินทางต่างจังหวัด -อื่นๆ : ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้างาน
Qualifications
  1. ไม่จำกัดเพศ
  2. อายุ 25-40 ปี
  3. ระดับการศึกษา ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป
  4. เรียนวิชาสาขา Food Science, Apply Food Science or food relevant
  5. พอสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้
  6. ใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ได้ดี เช่น MS.Word, MS.Excel, MS.PPT
  7. ประสบการณ์ตรงด้าน Audit/ Training/ ดูแลสาขาร้านมากกว่า 5 สาขาขึ้นไป 1-3ปี
  8. ประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจ Food Chain or other retails chain 3-5 ปี
  9. มีความรู้ในการสอนงาน/Product
  10. มีความเข้าใจในมาตรฐานต่างๆ
  11. มีความเข้าใจในรสชาติ/ความต้องการของกลุ่มเป้าหมาย
  12. รู้จักกลุ่มลุกค้าเป็นอย่างดี/มีความคุ้นเคย
