Job Descriptions
Job Type: Full Time Job Description & Requirements Duties & Responsibilities: ●Assist in the preparation and interpretation of specifications, drawings, and regulations for M&E services and installations. ●Conduct engineering calculations required for project design. ●Monitor site progress and report updates to the Project Manager. ●Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors on technical matters, including method statements, drawings, and material submissions. ○To prepare method statements, shop drawings, installations / T&C & QAQC check sheets, work progress report and other relevant documents for M&E related works with project teams. ●Ensure quality and timely installation of M&E works as per approved shop drawings and schedules. ●Participate in project coordination meetings to ensure smooth workflow. ●Ensure compliance with local and international standards, codes, and safety regulations. ●Oversee daily site work and contractor activities. ●Perform testing and commissioning of M&E installations. ○To liaise and work with relevant authorities / subcontractors / clients on shop drawings / equipment submissions, inspections, testing requirements and commissioning. ●Carry out any other ad-hoc duties assigned. ●To liaise and work with relevant authorities / subcontractors / clients on shop drawings / equipment submissions, inspections, testing requirements and commissioning.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  3. Knowledge of AutoCAD/BIM is an added advantage.
  4. Fluent in English speaking and writing with min TOEIC score of 650
  5. Speaking Mandarin Chinese is an added advantage
