Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in B2B sales, ideally within digital products, training solutions, or HR services. Experience in the education/training sector, EdTech, or SaaS is highly desirable.
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Education, Applied Linguistics, or a related field.
Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Adaptability: Demonstrated flexibility and a proactive approach to adapting to evolving market trends and business needs.
Business Insight: Strong understanding of business operations within the corporate and language-learning industries, including client needs and industry dynamics.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with education and training services, particularly in the context of language training solutions and corporate learning environments.
Highly motivated, results-driven, and dependable with a track record of achieving sales targets and contributing to business growth.
