Job Descriptions
- กำหนดนโยบาย กลยุทธ์ และกำหนดเป้าหมายที่สำคัญของหน่วยงาน System Installation, Network Operation และ Customer Service เพื่อให้บริการหลังการขายของบริษัทฯ สามารถดำเนินไปอย่างลุล่วง และเป็นไปตามข้อตกลงที่ระบุในสัญญาว่าจ้างกับลูกค้า และมาตรฐานคุณภาพของบริษัท - ติดตามผลการดำเนินงาน วิเคราะห์ ปรับปรุง/แก้ไข ให้การสนับสนุน งานบริการหลังการขายอย่างสม่ำเสมอ - ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง (เช่น Sale/TSD/R&D) เพื่อวางแผน ปรับปรุง วิเคราะห์ ติดตาม และแก้ไขปัญหา เพื่อปรับปรุงคุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์/บริการ และเพื่อสร้างความพึงพอใจสูงสุดแก่ลูกค้า - จัดทำงบประมาณการใช้งานของฝ่ายและควบคุมให้อยู่ในไปตามงบประมาณที่ได้รับ
Qualifications
  1. ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุ 35-45 ปี
  2. วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี/โท สาขาโทรคมนาคม/ วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ /วิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์/ เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ และสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานติดตั้งและบริการลูกค้า 8 ปีขึ้นไป
  4. มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารและพัฒนาทีมงาน
  5. มีทักษะให้คำปรึกษาแนะนำการใช้งานระบบ Network
  6. มีทักษะความชำนาญในการจัดการแก้ปัญหา (Problem Solving and Making) ได้ดี
  7. มีความอดทน ทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
  8. หากเริ่มงานได้ทันที จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
