Job Descriptions
1) Control operations of the department. As defined.
2) Control staff to work on its responsibilities.
3) Control used equipment areas effectively.
4) Control working and place in accordance with the company's quality system.
5) Control receiving,issue, According to the FIFO system and the documents required.
6) Control the documents The system must be accurate and up to date.
7) Workplace must conform to the standard and quality of the company.
8) Prioritization of tasks Before execution.
9) Plan employee match the task assigned.
10) The command has to be clear.
11) Training develop subordinates have developed steadily.
12) Systems and how they work to date and up to all situations.
13) Monitoring and control equipment to be available always.
14) Coordinate with relevant agencies.
15) Summary Report of practice daily and monthly basis.
16) Given how method issue and materials.
Qualifications
- Male - Female
- Age 28 - 35 year old
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics or related fields.
- At least 4 years experience as Supply Chain , Logistics
- MS Office such as Words, Power Point, Excel and Outlook.
- Communicate English
- Able to work shifts and work overtime
