Job Descriptions

1.Manage shipping broker on the area of customs clearance concerns. 2.Inspect incoming shipping documents of raw materials and finished goods to ensure that they comply with all applicable customs regulations. 3.Identify and seize prohibited or restricted items to avoid Customs compliance and penalties and prepare reports on inspection findings. 4.Manage customs issues related to documentation of import and export shipment. 5.Manage daily interaction with shipping broker on all operational issue related to import raw material, warehouse team. •Coordinate with material planner and warehouse receiving to confirm shipment arrival date. •Coordinate with external warehouse of unloading plan. •Check billing details of Broker and External warehouse. 6.Understand of all import privilege scheme which may apply to raw material importation. 7.Check correctness of tariff on draft import / export entries with finance team approval, then execute clearance process according to the rules & regulations of Thai customs. 8.Respond to inquiries from customers, vendors, and other government agencies regarding customs regulations. 9.To advise and give solution on clearance issue to shipping broker with consultation department head. 10.Participate in investigations of suspected smuggling or other illegal activity. 11.Export logistics (Courier) for all user in the plant e.g. QA, Launch, ME and so on 12.Participate in the development and implementation of customs policies and procedures. 13.Develop and maintain relationships with other customs officials and law enforcement agencies. 14.Provide support to the company's import export compliance program. 15.To control of cost and expense of clearance. 16.Track and report on customs data and statistics. 17.Maintain 5S activities. 18.All employees have a duty to themselves, their colleagues, the community, and the environment, to work in a safe and responsible manner.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business management, accounting, logistics, supply chain or any related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experiences in supply chain management, or a similar position, possibly in the automotive industry.
Good in written/spoken English
Computer literate on Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Able to operate QAD is a significant benefit.
