Job Descriptions
1.รวบรวมข้อมูลการมาทำงานขอพนักงาน ลงExcel
2. ใช้excel สรุป report ข้อมูล โอที ขาด ลา มาสาย ของพนักงานในหน่วยงานที่รับผิดชอบ
3.ตรวจสอบข้อมูลเงินเดือนเพื่อจัดทำ Pay Slip ให้กลับพนักงาน
4.บันทึกข้อมูลทะเบียนประวัติของพนักงาน
5.ให้ข้อมูล สวัสดิการ วิธิีคำนวณค่าแรง แก่พนักงาน
6.ประสานงานกับต้นสังกัดของพนักงาน
7. อื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- ประสบการณ์ด้านการทำบัญชีเงินเดือน 1 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีความรับผิดชอบ
- สามารถเดินทางติดต่อประสานงานหน่วยงานอื่นได้
- สามารถทำงานล่วงเวลาได้
- เข้าใจและสามารถใช้ Excel ได้ดี
