Job Descriptions
Position: Human Resources Specialist Employment Type: Full-Time Salary Range: ฿20,000 - ฿26,000 Responsibilities: 1. Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, attendance tracking, payroll management, staff scheduling, and employee relations. 2. Post job vacancies across multiple channels, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and oversee onboarding processes. 3. Prepare and analyze expense reports (e.g., fuel reimbursements, overtime costs). Requirements: • Minimum 1-3 years of hands-on experience in recruitment and HR administration. • Working knowledge of recruitment processes, attendance systems, payroll calculations, and tax compliance. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
  1. Minimum 1-3 years of hands-on experience in recruitment and HR administration.
  2. Working knowledge of recruitment processes, attendance systems, payroll calculations, and tax compliance.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  4. Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
