Job Descriptions

1.Sales & Revenue Growth - Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue on Shopee and Lazada. - Monitor sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement action plans. - Set and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. 2.E-commerce Operations - Manage product listings, pricing, and promotions to enhance visibility and conversion. - Coordinate with marketing teams to run campaigns, flash sales, and platform - sponsored events.-Ensure smooth order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer service standards. 3.Team Leadership - Lead and train a team of e-commerce executives to improve productivity and sales performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, purchase, customer service) to ensure seamless operations. 4.Data Analysis & Reporting - Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and competitor activities to optimize performance. - Prepare regular reports on sales trends, campaign effectiveness, and ads ROI. 5.Platform & Partner Management - Build strong relationships with Shopee and Lazada account managers to secure promotional opportunities. - Stay updated on platform policies, tools, and best practices to maintain competitive advantage.

Qualifications

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in e-commerce sales, marketplace management (Shopee/Lazada preferred), or digital marketing.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth in online marketplaces preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- English skill (language allowance); excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Understanding of Shopee & Lazada’s seller center, ads management, and promotional tools.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Google Analytics, or platform insights).
- Ability to lead a team, multitask, and work under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of Thailand’s e-commerce trends, consumer behavior, and digital marketing strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with performance marketing (e.g., paid ads, SEO, and social commerce).
- Familiarity with inventory management and logistics for e-commerce.
- Existing relationships with Shopee/Lazada teams in Thailand.
