Job Descriptions
Job Description : 1.Platform Operations & Management - Manage and optimize seller center operations for Shopee and Lazada (e.g., order processing, fulfillment, inventory, promotions). - Maintain accurate and up-to-date product listings, pricing, stock levels, and content. - Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. 2.Sales Strategy & Execution - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Monitor key metrics such as GMV, conversion rates, traffic, and ROI across campaigns. - Plan and execute platform campaigns (Mega Sale, Double Digit Sales, Flash Sales) in coordination with marketing and platform account managers. 3.Performance Analysis & Reporting - Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. - Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights to senior management. - Track competitor activities and pricing strategies. 4.Team & Platform Collaboration - Coordinate with marketing, finance, purchase and other teams to ensure smooth operations. - Maintain good communication and collaboration with e-commerce platform staff to obtain more resources and opportunities.
Qualifications
  1. - Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
  2. Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
  3. - English skill (language allowance); Strong communication and neociation skills.
  4. - Experience dealing with platform account managers (KAMs) and negotiating co-funded campaigns or deals.
  5. - Ability to lead meetings, present performance updates, and provide the improvement plans.
  6. Work Experience:
  7. - Minimum 2–4 years of experience managing online sales and operations, especially on Shopee and Lazada.
  8. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-volume online stores.
  9. Platform Knowledge:
  10. - Proficient with Shopee and Lazada Seller Center interfaces.
  11. - Deep understanding of platform algorithms, ranking factors, and promotional mechanics.
  12. Technical & Analytical Skills:
  13. - Strong command of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts).
  14. - Experience with using data analytics tools or dashboards to monitor sales and customer metrics.
  15. Sales & Marketing Knowledge:
  16. - Understanding of online consumer behavior and purchase funnel strategies.
  17. - Experience with digital marketing tools (Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Search, Facebook Ads, etc.) is a plus.
  18. Operational & Project Management Skills:
  19. - Experience handling inventory coordination, order processing, returns, and customer service escalation.
  20. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. and Able to lead and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including warehouse, marketing, finance, and customer service.
