Job Descriptions
- Work with hiring managers to define job needs
- Post job ads and source candidates via online platforms
- Screen applications and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups
- Support new hire onboarding and documentation
- Support SSO, Legal Execution,Student Loan Fund
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Good command of Chinese or English.
- Skilled in using Microsoft Excel.
