Job Descriptions

Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify job requirements and create job descriptions Develop and implement effective recruitment plans and sourcing strategies Sourcing Candidates: Utilize multiple channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals, to attract potential candidates Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future staffing needs Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and potential Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers Administer skills assessments or other pre-employment tests when required Candidate Experience: Maintain a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Provide feedback to candidates at every stage of the recruitment process Employer Branding: Represent the company at career fairs and other recruitment events Promote the organization’s culture and values to attract the right candidates Recruitment Metrics and Compliance: Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rates Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies during the hiring process Onboarding: Assist and Facilitate in onboarding process with the related departments to ensure new joiners are integrated effectively into the organization

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
2-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Experienced in attract potential candidate in manufacturing will be a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills / Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously e.g. New Factories in Overseas, Mass Recruitment, etc.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism
Able to work under pressure and fast-paced environment
Good command in English both spoken and written
