Job Descriptions
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for Indirect materials i.e. Non-Food materials and Services in alignment with Corporate procurement sourcing strategies and CPF business priorities - Develop strong and effective working relationships with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into category sourcing plans, and ensure successful implementation and execution. - Establish best-in-class aligned standards and ensure performance of strategic supply partners is systematically reviewed and measured at agreed intervals - Ensure sourcing strategies, supplier relationship management, and supplier performance management practices are in place and managed.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics, Business, or related field, MBA is preferred
  2. 5-10 years of relevant global procurement or purchasing experience
  3. Experience in various roles within Procurement functions
  4. Experience in strategic sourcing is an advantage
  5. Experience in leading team in different locations
