Job Descriptions
Key Responsibilities Product Execution * Collaborate with the CTO to define and execute the product roadmap * Break down features into detailed specs, sprint tasks, and timelines * Coordinate with engineering and design teams to ensure delivery * Track and follow up tasks using project management tools * Prepare onboarding guides, SOPs, and platform documentation Internal Digital Transformation * Identify operational bottlenecks and propose modern tooling or process enhancements * Lead implementation of systems (e.g. ERPs), automation, and AI agents across departments * Create scalable internal solutions that may later become client-facing THCloud services Business Analysis & Presentation * Gather and analyze business and technical requirements from internal teams and clients * Develop business plans, pricing models, pitch decks, and internal presentations to support executive decision-making * Visualize system architecture, product strategy, and implementation plans in a clear and structured manner Support BD & Implementation * Assist sales/business development by joining client discussions as a product expert and providing solution insights * Help with early-stage client implementations, onboarding, and custom setups * Translate platform capabilities into practical business solutions for clients
Qualifications
  1. 2+ years of experience in PM, BA, Technical Consulting or hybrid operator roles (startup/consulting preferred)
  2. Structured, self-driven, and proactive — able to handle complex tasks independently
  3. Able to think in systems, break ideas into actionable plans, and keep projects moving
  4. Exposure to product/feature planning, transformation projects, or internal tooling
  5. Strong communicator across both technical and non-technical teams
  6. Able to test tools, APIs, and software (no need to code, but technical enough to explore)
  7. Able to create business plans, pitch decks, and present ideas clearly to management and clients
  8. Able to multitask and manage both internal and external-facing responsibilities
  9. Thai/English bilingual preferred
