Job Descriptions
1.Comply with national laws, regulations, and company policies. 2.Manage and maintain equipment, including overseeing operations of electrical rooms, air compressor stations, and pump rooms. 3.Establish and promote a Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) system for facility-wide equipment care. 4.Identify and liaise with suppliers for critical spare parts; manage inventory of maintenance spare parts. 5.Implement digital record-keeping for equipment maintenance history and repairs. 6.Standardize procedures for equipment cleaning, inspection, maintenance, lubrication, and safety protocols. 7.Develop and implement a cost-tracking system for maintenance expenses. 8.Complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications
  1. Gender: Male, aged between 25-40 years
  2. College diploma in a relevant field; valid High Voltage and Low Voltage Electrician Licenses required.
  3. Prior experience in equipment installation, electrical maintenance, or industrial repair preferred.
