Job Descriptions
• วางแผนและคิดกลยุทธ์การขาย ให้พนักงาน Direct Sales สามารถนำเสนอขายผลิตภัณฑ์สินเชื่อรถยนต์และผลิตภัณฑ์อื่น ๆ เพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายที่บริษัทกำหนด • สามารถบริหารจัดการ และดูแลการขายของทีมงานตนเอง ให้ปฏิบัติตามนโยบาย ระเบียบปฏิบัติ และหลักเกณฑ์ของบริษัท • สร้างความรู้ความเข้าใจในผลิตภัณฑ์ฯ และการทำงานเป็นทีมที่ดี ผ่านการสื่อสารอย่างสม่ำเสมอ ฝึกสอน เพื่อให้ทีมงานสามารถให้บริการลูกค้าได้อย่างมืออาชีพ • สามารถขยายฐานลูกค้าใหม่ให้กับบริษัท เพื่อเพิ่มส่วนแบ่งการตลาด สร้างรายได้ ผ่านการบริหารทีมงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ • จัดหาเจ้าหน้าที่แนะนำผลิตภัณฑ์ทางการเงินอิสระที่มีคุณภาพ และเพียงพอต่อเป้าหมายที่รับผิดชอบ ผลตอบแทนและสิ่งที่ได้รับ : เงินเดือนประจำและผลตอบแทนตามผลงาน
Qualifications
  1. ไม่จำกัดเพศ / อายุ 30-50 ปี
  2. วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ทุกสาขา
  3. ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีขึ้นไป ด้านการเสนอขายผลิตภัณฑ์สินเชื่อรถยนต์และ/หรือ ผลิตภัณฑ์สินเชื่อประเภทอื่น ๆ หากเคยบริหารทีมจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  4. มุ่งเน้นความสำเร็จ สามารถบริหารจัดการเวลา เพื่อเป้าหมายและรายได้ที่ไม่จำกัด
  5. มีความรู้ทางด้านผลิตภัณฑ์สินเชื่อรถยนต์และ/หรือผลิตภัณฑ์สินเชื่อประเภทอื่น ๆ
  6. มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์และวางแผนการขายให้ทีมงาน
  7. มีการสื่อสารที่ดี สร้างการทำงานเป็นทีมที่ดี สามารถโน้มน้าว จูงใจและยกระดับขวัญกำลังใจของทีม
