Job Descriptions
1. Prepare APQP Plan and follow up on new product status 2. Prepare Tooling schedule and follow up on Tooling status continuously 3. Prepare Experimental plan and summarize the results 4. Summarize the experimental problems in each phase 5. Prepare Trouble History record 6. Organize weekly APQP meeting and follow up on new product progress 7. Prepare training plan on new product 8. Prepare Action Plan when there is a problem during the experiment 9. Prepare Check sheet of machinery, mold, various equipment 10. Prepare Check sheet of machinery, mold, various equipment 11. Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor 12. Prepare condition Standard document (Injection Process+Painting process) 13. Prepare Floor Lay out+Flow chart+PFMEA+Control plan 14. Prepare Tooling list, Machine List 15. Coordinate with other departments
Qualifications
  1. Age 28-35 years
  2. Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial and other related fields
  3. Experience in planning new product projects (New Model APQP)
  4. Able to work under pressure and love service work
  5. Knowledge of injection molding process, plastic injection mold maintenance
  6. Able to read new drawings and understand the specifications
  7. Able to analyze and solve basic problems very well
