Job Descriptions
วันทำงาน: จันทร์ – ศุกร์ (08:30 – 17:30 น.)
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- จัดเตรียมเอกสารสำหรับการนำเข้าและส่งออก เช่น Invoice, Packing List, B/L, CO, Form FTA ฯลฯ
- ประสานงานกับ Shipping, Freight Forwarder, และตัวแทนศุลกากร
- ตรวจสอบและยื่นเอกสารพิธีการศุลกากรผ่านระบบ e-Customs, NSW
- ติดตามสถานะการขนส่งสินค้าให้เป็นไปตามกำหนด
- จัดทำรายงานต้นทุนการนำเข้า-ส่งออก และเอกสารสรุปประจำเดือน
- ติดต่อและประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในและภายนอกองค์กร

Qualifications
- เพศชาย/หญิง อายุ 22 – 28 ปี
- วุฒิ ขั้นต่ำ ปวส สาขาการจัดการโลจิสติกส์ ธุรกิจระหว่างประเทศ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์งานนำเข้า-ส่งออกอย่างน้อย 1 ปี (หากไม่มีประสบการณ์ยินดีพิจารณาผู้ที่มีความตั้งใจและเรียนรู้ไว)
- มีความรู้ในระบบศุลกากรอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-Customs, NSW)
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรมพื้นฐานได้ดี (Word, Excel, Email)
- มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษในการสื่อสาร อ่าน-เขียนได้ดี
- มีทักษะในการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า และการประสานงาน
