Responsibilities:
1. Spearhead the recruitment, development, and strategic management of overseas teams to align with organizational goals.
2. Drive the execution of headquarters strategies, ensuring operational efficiency and measurable business growth for the Thailand division.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of leadership experience in cross-cultural team management.
- Full professional proficiency in Chinese and Thai (written and verbal).
- Agile problem-solving mindset with a focus on executional excellence and big-picture alignment.
- Proven ability to operate autonomously in dynamic, minimally supervised environments.
- There is a preference for Overseas Chinese , Chinese diaspora , or ethnic Chinese individuals.
