Job Descriptions
- Works with project teams, functional units and other organizations to provide and arrange project management
- Coordinate with colleagues and stakeholders to get the finalized documents.
- Drive day to day operations of the PMO. (Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange meetings and appointments.)
- Drive Program Management Processes for Org's Programs (Support and facilitate the completion of minutes of meeting/memo/regular reports/dashboard).
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience in PMO/Program management
- Up-to-date knowledge of the industry infrastructure (e.g. market, customers, competitors, digital, industry and regulatory)
- Be flexible, dynamic, team-oriented balanced with result-oriented, practical, pragmatic with comprehensive view and ability to handle multi tasks
- Advanced understanding of program management tool
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS PowerPoint)
- Good command of English
