Job Descriptions
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the recruitment of internal talents of the company;
2. According to the existing establishment and business development needs, assist the superior to determine the recruitment goals, summarize the number of job requirements and the number of personnel requirements, formulate and implement the recruitment plan;
3. The superior completes the job description of the required position;
4. The external human resources stock and distribution status of the talents required by the company, and conduct effective analysis, implement planning, development, maintenance and expansion of recruitment channels, ensure that the talent information is large, rich in level and high in quality, and ensure that the recruitment channels can effectively meet the company's employment needs;
5. Position demand information, do a good job in company image promotion;
6. Resumes, classify and screen resumes, arrange pre-employment tests, determine the interview list, notify applicants to come for interviews (written tests), conduct preliminary interviews (written tests) for applicants, and issue comprehensive evaluation opinions;
7. Relevant department personnel assist in completing the re-examination work to ensure the interview The interview work is carried out in time and the assessment results meet the job requirements;
8. Conduct background checks on recruited personnel, communicate with the intended recruits about their benefits, and complete the recruitment notice;
9. Write recruitment advertisements, maintain and update recruitment websites, and communicate information on recruitment websites;
10. Apply, control and reimburse company expenses;
11. Problems in recruitment work, put forward reasonable suggestions for optimizing recruitment systems and processes, and complete recruitment analysis reports;
