Job Descriptions

- Prepare and manage shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and customs declarations to ensure accuracy and compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and company policies. - Coordinate oversea shipment with freight forwarder, logistics providers, customs broker to arrange transportation, track shipment and manage customs clearance processes. - Accurately classification import and export goods according to customs tariff codes to determine duty rates and ensure compliance with trade regulations. - Monitor and track shipments, resolving any issues that may arise during transit. - Work closely with internal teams such as sales, production, and warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations. - Stay updated on industry trends, trade regulations, and international shipping requirements. - Handle for checking the import documents and issuing the export document. - knowledge about to applying for TISI license. - Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in import-export operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.
Knowledge of BOI, TISI, DFT, and the ability to prepare Certificates of Origin (C/O), is an advantage.
Good communication skills in English or Chinese language proficiency is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills, with a responsible, punctual, hardworking, patient, honest, and ethical character.
