Job Descriptions

1. Purchase Order Management: - Prepare, issue and manage purchase orders (POs) based on production and inventory requirements - Track and monitor the status of orders to ensure timely delivery - Resolve discrepancies or delays in delivery schedules with suppliers 2. Supplier Relationship Management: - Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers - Evaluate supplier performance and address quality or service issues (KPIs dashboard, regularmeetings) 3. Stock Follow up and Control : - Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal stock availability to meet production and customer needs - Coordinate stock replenishment to avoid overstocking or stockouts 4. Data Analysis and Reporting : - Data analysis linked with supply topics - Update of existing database and dashboards - Generate reports to monitor team efficiency - Launch new analysis necessary to monitor KPIs - Build new KPI’s depending on the team needs

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain or related fields
2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics or procurement roles (experience in data analysis is a plus)
Good command of both written and spoken in English
Proficiency in procurement software and tools (Excel mandatory, SAP and Looker appreciated but not mandatory)
Analytical mindset
Detail and service mind oriented. Flexible, organised and adaptable in work.
