Job Description: 1. Responsible for Tiktok live broadcasting, skillfully explaining Za product ingredients, efficacy, applicability and usage tips, guiding viewers to place orders. Through trial, comparison and scenario-based demonstration, enhance user trust and increase conversion rate. 2. Participate in the design of live scripts, plan themed special sessions, and combine hotspots to attract traffic. Answer users' questions about skin type, product matching, after-sales service, etc., maintain the atmosphere of the live broadcast room and increase the stickiness of fans. 3. Data analysis: review the live broadcast data (viewing volume, conversion rate, GMV, etc.), optimize the conversation and product selection strategy. Requirement: 1. Beauty/skin care products live experience is preferred, English or Chinese is preferred. 2. have the camera expressive, language infectious, can flexibly deal with the cold field or unexpected situations. Understand basic skincare/makeup knowledge. 3. decent image, good stress resistance, accept day-night shift system. 4. Strong sense of the net, familiar with Tiktok short video and live play.
