Job Descriptions
1.จัดทำแบบ Auto Cad แปลนอาคาร ปรับปรุงพื้นที่เช่า เพื่อนำเข้าระบบ SAP 2.จัดทำแบบระบบต่างๆในพื้นที่ เช่น ระบบไฟฟ้า - สื่อสาร/ระบบปรับอากาศ - ระบายอากาศ/ระบบสุขาภิบาล 3.ตรวจสภาพพื้นที่ก่อนส่งมอบ และหลังส่งมอบจากร้านค้า 4.การติดต่อประสานงานในเรื่องการออกแบบตกแต่งในส่วนงานวิศวกรรม 5.ตรวจร้านค้า พื้นที่เช่าต่างๆ ภายในศูนย์ร่วมกับทีมบริหารอาคาร และฝ่ายขาย เพื่อความถุกต้องของข้อมูลแบบแปลน
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป สาขาไฟฟ้า เครื่องกล หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีประสบการณ์ในการเขียนแบบ Auto Cad แบบงานสถาปัยกรรม และงานระบบอาคาร
  3. มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานศูนย์การค้า การประสานงานร้านค้า หรืออื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  4. มีความรู้ ความเข้าใจ ในข้อกำหนดมาตรฐานการติดตั้ง การตรวจแบบร้านค้า การประสานงาน
  5. ประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งงาน อย่างน้อย 2 ปี ขึ้นไป
