Job Descriptions
1.รวบรวมและวิเคราะห์ความต้องการจากลูกค้าและฝ่ายต่าง ๆ เพื่อจัดทำเอกสารข้อกำหนดผลิตภัณฑ์ (PRD) ที่ครอบคลุมทั้งด้านเทคนิคและการผลิต 2.ประสานงานกับทีมวิศวกรรม การผลิต และฝ่ายอื่น ๆ เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าข้อกำหนดผลิตภัณฑ์สอดคล้องกับความสามารถในการผลิตและมาตรฐานคุณภาพ 3.จัดทำและปรับปรุงเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น BOM (Bill of Materials), FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), และ Control Plans 4.ติดตามและประเมินผลการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ ตั้งแต่การออกแบบจนถึงการผลิตจริง เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าผลิตภัณฑ์ตรงตามข้อกำหนดและความคาดหวังของลูกค้า 5.สนับสนุนการทดสอบและการตรวจสอบคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ และจัดทำรายงานผลการทดสอบ 6.จัดทำและนำเสนอรายงานความคืบหน้าโครงการให้กับผู้บริหารและฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง 7.งานอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. ปริญญาตรีเอกภาษาจีน หรือสาขาวิศวกรรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ วิศวกรรมวัสดุ วิศวกรรมเคมี หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีประสบการณ์ในการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์หรือการจัดทำเอกสารข้อกำหนดผลิตภัณฑ์อย่างน้อย 3-5 ปี
  3. มีความรู้และประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับกระบวนการผลิตแผ่น CCL และมาตรฐานอุตสาหกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น IPC-4101, UL, RoHS
  4. มีทักษะในการใช้เครื่องมือวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล เช่น Minitab, JMP หรือ SPSS
  5. มีทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษ
  6. พิจารณาสำหรับผู้ที่สื่อสารจีนได้และสนใจในตำแหน่งนี้ พร้อมที่จะเรียนรู้ถึงแม้ไม่มีประสบการณ์
  7. มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานในอุตสาหกรรม CCL หรือ PCB
  8. มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับมาตรฐานคุณภาพ ISO 9001 และมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยต่าง ๆ
