Job Descriptions

- Manage and coordinate the entire export process, from receiving orders to final delivery. - Prepare and process all necessary export documentation, such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and customs declarations. - Ensure adherence to international trade regulations, customs requirements, and internal company policies. - Collaborate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs agents to arrange timely and cost-efficient transportation. - Track and monitor shipments, addressing any transit issues that may occur. - Communicate proactively with overseas clients regarding shipment updates, schedules, and required documents. - Work in close coordination with sales, production, and warehouse teams to facilitate seamless export operations. - Maintain detailed and accurate export records and generate reports as needed for internal use. - Keep current with global trade trends, regulatory changes, and logistics best practices. - Review import documentation and prepare export documentation accordingly.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Import-Export Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably with a focus on export operations
Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a proven capacity to handle multiple tasks and set priorities efficiently
Proficient in both written and spoken Thai and English
Knowledge of export documentation and customs clearance processes
Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
