Job Descriptions
1. Translation of Japanese -Thai and Thai-Japanese documents, including translation for meeting agendas. 2. Secretarial tasks, including document management and scheduling appointments related to Japanese executives. 3. Booking vaccines, health checkups, hotels, flight tickets, telephone services, and accommodation contracts for Japanese executives. 4. Visa and Work Permit, 90 day report for Japanese executives.. 5. Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  1. Male or Female, age 23 and above. (Welcome Fresh Graduates)
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Japanese or a related field.
  3. Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing Japanese.
  4. Able to handle unexpected problems and resolve issues effectively.
  5. Good command of English.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  7. Availability to start work will be an advantage.
