Job Descriptions
1. ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารใบวางบิลจากฝ่ายบัญชี และประสานงานเพื่อตรวจสอบวันรับชำระเงินจากลูกค้า
2. ออกใบเสร็จรับเงิน พร้อมทั้งตรวจสอบความถูกต้อง
3. ติดตามและทวงยอดค้างชำระ และจัดเก็บแฟ้มเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
4. ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูลรับชำระเงินจากลูกค้า
5. อัปเดตข้อมูลรายการรับชำระเงินในระบบบัญชีลูกหนี้ (AR) และรายงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
6. ตรวจสอบ และจัดเก็บเอกสารงานต่าง ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย รวมถึงเอกสารที่ใช้ในการประสานงานกับธนาคาร
Qualifications
- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี และการเงิน
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการเงินอย่างน้อย 2-3 ปี
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบในการทำงาน
- มีทักษะในการเจรจาต่อรอง และประนีประนอม
