Job Descriptions
1. วางแผนและดำเนินการขายผลิตภัณฑ์ปุ๋ยให้กับลูกค้าเกษตรกร ร้านค้า ตัวแทนจำหน่าย และเครือข่าย 2. รักษาความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าเก่า และขยายฐานลูกค้าใหม่ 3. ลงพื้นที่เยี่ยมเกษตรกร ให้คำแนะนำด้านการใช้ปุ๋ย และติดตามผลการใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์ 4. ประสานงานกับฝ่ายคลังสินค้า ขนส่ง และฝ่ายผลิต เพื่อให้สินค้าส่งมอบตรงเวลา 5. รายงานยอดขาย วิเคราะห์ตลาด และข้อมูลคู่แข่งต่อผู้บริหาร 6. เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขาย เช่น งานแสดงสินค้า อบรมเกษตรกร หรือจัดกิจกรรมภาคสนาม 7. สำรวจตลาดที่เกี่ยวข้อง
Qualifications
  1. ปวส. หรือปริญญาตรี ในสาขาเกษตรศาสตร์ พืชศาสตร์ วิทยาศาสตร์การเกษตร การตลาด หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีประสบการณ์งานขายสินค้าเกษตร ปุ๋ย สารเคมีการเกษตร หรือผลิตภัณฑ์เกี่ยวกับการเกษตรอย่างน้อย 1–2 ปี (ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่ หากมีทักษะการสื่อสารดีและมีใจรักด้านเกษตร)
  3. ทักษะการขาย การเจรจาต่อรอง และการนำเสนอสินค้า
  4. มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี สามารถสื่อสารกับเกษตรกรและร้านค้าได้ดี
  5. มีทักษะการใช้โปรแกรมพื้นฐาน เช่น Microsoft Excel, Word
  6. สามารถเดินทางไปต่างจังหวัด/ลงพื้นที่ตามแปลงเกษตรได้
  7. มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัวและใบขับขี่
  8. มีความรับผิดชอบสูง ขยัน อดทน และแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
  9. มีใจรักการเกษตรและพร้อมเรียนรู้ผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ ๆ
  10. ทำงานเป็นทีมได้ และสามารถรับแรงกดดันจากเป้าหมายยอดขาย
  11. หากสามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษหรือภาษาจีนได้ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
