Job Descriptions
1. Engineer Department : Support the QC Japanese manager in the operation of the quality control system and the activity plan to achieve KPIs. 2. In order to ensure compliance with quality standards, clarify areas where problems are likely to occur and design preventative processes. 3. Work with QC to respond to customer complaints at the initial stage and propose corrective measures. 4. Consider necessary measurement points, collect and analyze data, and prepare reports. 5. Promote Kaizen activities. 6. When starting up a new product, collect data to ensure product requirements are met. If a problem occurs, work with Japanese technology to make improvements. 7. Visit customers with the sales team (Not often) 8. Perform other tasks as assigned. 9. Ability to design basic jigs, identify problems with jigs at partner factories and instruct improvements.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
  2. At least 2 years of experience as a QC or engineer in the pressing process.
  3. Familiar with the use of measuring equipment for on-site inspections.
  4. Owning a personal car is preferred.
  5. Good work attitude and ability to comply with company rules.
