Job Descriptions
1. Manage and develop all clients as assigned by Sales Manager and CCO. 2. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients 3. Develop all leads given to you or which you can find on your own. 4. Handle all communications with clients targeting same day response to all communications. 5. Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly. 6. Become an expert on Cheval’s product lines and how they relate to our market. Must be able to present to client’s technical teams. 7. Search for and bring in new clients. 8. Coordinate new product introduction between client and Cheval team. 9. Process requests for estimates and conduct negotiations with clients. 10. Support other sections in Cheval as needed. 11. Gather client feedback and work on continuous improvement. 12. Partner with product teams to relay client feedback for product improvement. 13. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree or Higher from oversea or International Program in International Business in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  2. At least 3 years experiences in Export Sales and Marketing and work with International customers (preferably in 19"Rack products).
  3. Basic knowledge in Incoterm, International Payment Term, International Trade Agreement
  4. Knowledge of industrial products, market trends, and distribution channels is desirable.
  5. Strong analytical skills and an understanding of global market dynamics
  6. Strong communication both written and spoken in English, motivation, negotiation and presentation skills.
  7. Good organizational, attention to detail and time management skills.
  8. Good problem solving and analytical skills with an ability to communicate technical discussion with relevant teams.
  9. Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Outlook.
