Job Descriptions
1. ให้การสนับสนุนและแก้ไขปัญหาด้าน IT ทั้ง Hardware, Software, Network และอุปกรณ์ต่อพ่วง เช่น เครื่องพิมพ์ สแกนเนอร์ ระบบกล้องวงจรปิด เป็นต้น 2. ประสานงานกับผู้ให้บริการภายนอก (Vendor) ด้านระบบเครือข่าย อินเทอร์เน็ต ซอฟต์แวร์เฉพาะทาง 3. ติดตั้ง ดูแล บำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์คอมพิวเตอร์ เครือข่าย และอุปกรณ์ IT ในสำนักงาน 4. ให้คำแนะนำการใช้งานระบบ IT แก่พนักงานในแผนกต่าง ๆ 5. ดูแลระบบงานเฉพาะทางของ Freight Forwarder เช่น ระบบ FWD ระบบ K-soft และระบบที่เชื่อมกับกรมศุลกากร 6. สนับสนุนทีมปฏิบัติการ เช่น ฝ่ายบริการลูกค้านำเข้า-ส่งออก ฝ่ายบัญชี ฝ่ายเอกสารใบขนสินค้า และฝ่ายขาย ให้สามารถใช้งานระบบได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ 7. ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี สาขาคอมพิวเตอร์ เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีประสบการณ์ในงาน IT Support อย่างน้อย 2 ปี ขึ้นไป
  3. หากเคยทำในบริษัท Logistics/Freight Forwarder จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  4. สามารถใช้งานระบบปฏิบัติการ Windows, MS Office, Email, Printer และ Network ได้ดี
  5. มีทักษะการสื่อสาร และการบริการที่ดี
  6. สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดัน และพร้อมเรียนรู้เทคโนโลยีใหม่ ๆ
  7. สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษหรือภาษาจีนได้ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
