Job Descriptions• Plan, control, and manage the company's quality control system in accordance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949 , other relevant standards, and customer requirements.
• Develop quality policies, objectives, and strategies to ensure product quality meets specifications and customer expectations.
• Develop and improve quality control processes throughout the production cycle, from raw material receiving to production, inspection, and product delivery, with a focus on Automotive Parts, and Industrial Products.
• Manage the QC team, including task assignment, training, performance evaluation, and team development.
• Analyze quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions to minimize defects, reduce costs, and improve production efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as Production, Purchasing, Sales, and Customers, to resolve quality problems and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Control and monitor including evaluate quality performance, prepare reports, and present to management.
• Maintain and calibrate measuring instruments and inspection equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Manage quality documentation, such as WI, SOP, Control Plan, FMEA, and PPAP (especially for Automotive Parts).
• Utilize statistical tools for data analysis and quality improvement.
• Possess knowledge and experience in lathe manufacturing processes, and assembly in automotive part.
