Job Descriptions
Responsibilities • Lead daily operations across all 4 hotel properties • Ensure consistent implementation of SOPs and high service standards • Supervise and support department heads (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering) • Monitor guest satisfaction and handle escalated issues proactively • Analyze performance metrics and drive continuous improvement • Liaise with ownership and deliver regular operational reports • Maintain compliance with safety regulations and internal policies
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
  2. At least 5 years of operational leadership in the hotel industry
  3. Experience managing multiple properties is preferred
  4. Strong leadership and people management skills
  5. Fluent in Thai; proficiency in English is a must
  6. Familiarity with Pattaya market is a plus
