Job Descriptions
Key Responsibilities
- Lead HR strategy and execution across all 4 properties
- Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition for operational and management roles
- Develop and implement training programs and career development plans
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Manage performance evaluations and internal promotion processes
- Support compliance with labor laws and hotel policies
- Act as a key partner to the Owner
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience in the hospitality industry
- Strong expertise in recruitment and L&D
- Proven leadership and communication skills
- Hands-on, people-centric, and proactive
- Fluent in Thai; English proficiency is a strong advantage
