•Work closely across department to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities or improve current business process.
•Developing & sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders & customers.
•Analyzing customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company products/services.
•Providing insight into product development & competitive positioning.
•Assisting the team on project negotiation & partnership with external party: government, business partner, shareholder, contractor, consultant; to achieve the purpose & ensure project development smoothly.
•Meeting with potential investors to present company offerings & negotiate business deals.
•Analyzing data & developing effective strategies to expand sales, cost reduction & increase company profit.
•Conducting market research with Sales & Marketing team to identify new business opportunities.
•Develop & maintain Key Performance Indicator system as a basis for performance review; from Director & cascading it to all department & all employee level.
•Develop Organization Work Procedure & assisting the implementation on each related department as standard guidelines for corporate business process operation.
Non-Regular Basis Activity
•Perform reporting activity needed to government agency, company shareholders & other related third party.
•Perform activities related to registration (including renewal process): corporate business license & product license.
•Acting as Coordinator for activity related to audit process from government agency, customer quality audit, & new potential customer audit process.
•Organizing Annual General Meeting of Shareholder.
•Liaising with additive manufacturer/supplier for new product development, improve current product formula or find new/alternative additive supplier.
•Prepare capital expenditure documents, process final investment decision, & make procurement request.
