Job Descriptions
- Establishing and implementing the quality standards for products or services. - Monitoring quality testing and identifying gaps in the testing. - Staying current on laws and regulations to ensure compliance. - Overseeing the quality assurance team. - Training other employees on quality procedures. - Handling quality reports and documentation. - Collecting and analyzing quality assurance data. - Working with suppliers to ensure the quality of supplies.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in science or Food Technology branch or related
  2. +3 years of management experience in quality assurance and quality control.
  3. Excellent negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management skills.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to think strategically and execute operational plans.
  5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  6. Extensive stakeholder management experience.
  7. 360 degrees communication / co-ordination.
  8. Result and execution oriented.
  9. Open-minded.
  10. Ambitious with a strong drive.
  11. Fluent in English language (spoken and written).
  12. Other language skills (spoken) will be a plus.
  13. Analytical drive and ability to independently perform market and industry analysis.
  14. Extensive usage of office software.
  15. Have experience management in food factory.
