Job Descriptions
Develop and execute comprehensive campaign strategies based on client goals and target audience.
Set up and launch new advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant channels.
Conduct thorough keyword research and develop effective ad copy.
Ensure proper implementation of tracking mechanisms (e.g., conversion tracking, UTM parameters).
Continuously monitor campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
Implement bid adjustments, audience refinement, and creative testing to optimize results.
Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, creative assets, and landing pages.
Analyze performance data to identify trends and patterns.
Allocate campaign budgets across different platforms and ad groups.
Monitor campaign spending and ensure campaigns stay within budget.
Adjust budget allocation based on performance data to maximize ROI.
Implement budget pacing strategies to ensure efficient budget utilization.
Generate regular performance reports for internal stakeholders and clients.
Analyze performance results and develop key insights and recommendations.
Communicate findings to stakeholders and participate in follow-up discussions.
Create and maintain dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
Set up and configure advertising platform accounts.
Manage user access and permissions.
Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex issues to platform support.
Monitor account security to detect and prevent unauthorized access.
Stay informed about algorithm and feature updates on advertising platforms.
Assess the potential impact of updates on campaign performance.
Implement necessary changes to campaigns and account configurations to maintain optimal performance.
Identify landing page elements for optimization.
Formulate hypotheses about how changes to landing page elements will impact conversion rates.
Collaborate with web developers and designers to create A/B test variations of landing pages.
Analyze A/B test results
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in using advertising platform reporting tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Understanding of A/B testing methodologies and audience targeting strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications are a plus.
