Job Descriptions
1.Performing tasks assigned by the senior customer manager (main function).
2.knowledge of Thai and English-both spoken and written,with correct and clear communication.
3.Confident use of computer tools , office software , CRM system and messengers.
4.Experience working with documentation : contracts , invoices , requests and reports.
5.Attention to detail , responsibility , punctuality.
Qualifications
- Male or Female, aged between 25 – 40 years
- Thai nationality
- Good command of both Thai and English, spoken and written
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously (Multitasking)
- Professional appearance, good interpersonal skills, and a strong team player
- Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in customer service will be given special consideration.
