Responsibilities • Responsible for monthly content creation planning for all communication channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Line, Tik Tok, website) • Create and manage social media campaigns and content agenda to drive engagement and traffic on our Marketing Campaign • Produce designs for image and video content creation, social media banners, rich banner ads, and email campaigns using Canva. • Work with graphics and production team to generate high quality contents such as infographics, AW, short videos. • Find information, market trends, and develop social media content. • Act as an online brand ambassador, communicating with customers on social media and providing actionable insights to internal teams • Ensure content consistency of external messaging, specifically regarding brand logo usage, brand image, tone and manner. • Conduct a report with an in-depth analysis of content marketing performance using analytics tools

Qualifications

2+ years experience in content marketing and social media management
Experience in concepting, planning and developing content on social and online platforms
Familiar with content creation tools, such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Canva.
