Job Descriptions
1. ควบคุมดูแล ระเบียบข้อบังคับของบริษัทฯ สอบสวน ชี้ประเด็นความผิด ลงโทษออกหนังสือเตือน 2. ตรวจสอบ จัดทำ และสรุปข้อมูลเงินเดือนพนักงานผ่านระบบ EzyHR 3. บริหารจัดการด้านระบบคุณภาพ เช่น ISO 9001, BRCs, HACCP, Sedex (SMETA) 4. ดูแลรับผิดชอบเกี่ยวกับ Visa และ Work permit โดยผ่าน BOI+EEC 5. ดูแลควบคุมการทำงานของพ่อบ้าน แม่บ้าน คนสวน พนักงานรักษาความปลอดภัย อาคาร สถานที่ ระบบสาธารณูปโภค รถใช้งานส่วนกลาง เป็นต้น
Qualifications
  1. ไม่จำกัดเพศ และอายุ มีประสบการณ์ในระดับ Supervisor อย่างน้อย 2 ปี จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  2. สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ การจัดการ รัฐศาสตร์ นิติศาตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันที จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  4. สามารถเข้าใจ และสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษจะดีมาก
  5. มีประสบการณ์ในการทำเงินเดือน และใช้งานระบบ EzyHR จะเป็นคุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติมในการพิจารณา
