Job Descriptions
1.ตรวจสอบความถูกต้อง ครบถ้วนของเอกสารและการบันทึกบัญชี ใบสำคัญรับ ,ใบสำคัญทั่วไป , ใบสำคัญการตั้งลูกหนี้ และเอกสารประกอบ การออกใบกำกับภาษี/ใบเสร็จรับเงิน การตัดรับชำระหนี้ลูกหนี้ การสรุปข้อมูลผ่อนชำระที่หักหนี้จาก Commission ในแต่ละเดือน ยืนยันใบสั่งขาย CO 2.ตรวจสอบและกระทบยอดภาษีขายระหว่างรายงานกับแยกประเภท และกระทบ แบบ ภพ.30 กับ ภงด. 50 3.รายการคืนตู้ 4.จัดทำรายงานและรายละเอียดประกอบงบการเงิน 5.ตรวจสอบการเพิ่ม-ลดเงินทุนหมุนเวียนในระบบ Back Office 6.ควบคุมดูแลตรวจสอบและแก้ไขปัญหางานบัญชีด้านลูกหนี้และธนาคารรวมถึงสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานขององค์กรและงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย/หญิง อายุ 30 - 45 ปี
  2. ปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี การเงินหรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีประสบการณ์ด้านบัญชีลูกหนี้อย่างน้อย 5 ปี และในตำแหน่งหัวหน้าอย่างน้อย 2 ปี
  4. มีความสามารถในการบริหารทีม และการสื่อสารที่ดี
  5. มีความละเอียด รอบคอบ และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
