Job Descriptions
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง รวมถึงการสื่อสารกับลูกค้า การควบคุมความต้องการ และตรวจสอบในความต้องการ
- ติดตามและบริหารค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการดูแลระบบ และการชำระเงิน
- วางแผนและดำเนินการจัดฝึกอบรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการบริหารโครงการ เพื่อยกระดับความสามารถของทีม
- จัดระเบียบและดูแลการจัดทำเอกสาร ไฟล์งาน และข้อมูลต่างๆ
Qualifications
- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาใดก็ได้
- มีประสบการณ์ตรงกับสายงานที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- มีทักษะการใช้โปรแกรมสำนักงานได้ดี
- มีความเป็นมืออาชีพ
- มีทักษะการทำงานเป็นทีม และมีทักษะในการติดต่อประสานงานที่ดี
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีนได้คล่องแคล่ว ทั้งการฟัง การพูด การอ่าน และการเขียน
