Job Descriptions
1.รับผิดชอบควบคุมดูแลการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงาน Subpack ให้ได้ตามแผนและทำงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ/การนำส่งเข้าคลังสินค้าทันตาม Due Date 2.วางแผนกำลังการผลิต/ควบคุมกำลังคนให้ได้ตามแผนที่วางไว้/สอนถ่ายทอดประสบการณ์ ให้คำแนะนำพนักงานใต้บังคับบัญชา 3.ควบคุม/ดูแลกระบวนการทำงาน Sub Pack ให้สามารถทำงานได้ตามแผนที่วางไว้เพื่อให้สามารถ ส่งงานได้ตาม Due Date ที่ได้กำหนดไว้ 4.พัฒนาระบบการทำงานให้มีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น ให้คำปรึกษาและถ่ายทอด ความรู้ด้านต่างๆ แก่ผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา 5.วิเคราะห์สาเหตุปัญหา พร้อมทั้งข้อเสนอแนะแนวทางในการแก้ไขเสนอต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
  1. ป.ตรี สาขาการจัดการอุตสาหกรรม /สาขาซัพพลายเชน /เทคโนโลยีการผลิต /สาขาโลจิสติกส์ /สาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีประสบการณ์ควบคุม / ดูแลกระบวนการทำงาน 2 ปี ขึ้นไป
  3. สามารถใช้โปรแกรม SAP, Outlook และ โปรแกรม Microsoft พื้นฐานได้เป็นอย่างดี
  4. มีความขยัน / ความละเอียดรอบคอบในการปฏิบัติงาน / มีทัศนคติเชิงบวก / มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
