Job Descriptions
1. Analyze customer’s requirement for new project, survey, design and prepare quotation. 2. Review proposal/TOR from vendors. Coordinate and negotiate with customer / subcontractor / vendor to comply with terms and conditions. 3. Determine cost estimate and project budget; conferring with supervisor. 4. Preparing detail presentation, demo, reviewing the proposal, Term of reference (TOR) and contract. 5. Support sales and coordinate with project implementation team to ensure the delivery system/product/program consistent with design, timeline and expected performance. 6. Project procurement including PR/PO, review shipping documents and invoices. 7. Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications
  1. Male / Female, age 24 - 35
  2. Quick learners and able to understand the technical basis of products and services.
  3. Familiar with project management software such as MS Project, Digital Signage, LED screens (indoor/outdoor), IPTV, and Network.
  4. Multimedia Operation experience in Multimedia Advertising is a definite advantage.
  5. Pleasant personality, service-minded, good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
  6. Computer literate with good command of spoken and written English.
  7. Good command of spoken and written Chinese is a plus.
