Job Descriptions
1.ติดตามการรับและประมวลผลคำสั่งซื้อจากลูกค้า 2.ควบคุมตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูลในคำสั่งซื้อ 3.ประสานงานฝ่ายวางแผนและฝ่ายอื่นๆ 4.ควบคุมการจัดเตรียมและดูแลเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการขาย เช่น ใบเสนอราคา และใบแจ้งหนี้ 5.ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูลในเอกสารการขายให้สอดคล้องกับเงื่อนไขที่ตกลงกับลูกค้า 5.ประสานงานกับทีมขาย 6.จัดการข้อมูลลูกค้า 7.ติดตามประสานงานการจัดส่งสินค้า 8.จัดทำรายงานการขาย ประจำสัปดาห์ 9.อื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย-หญิง อายุ 24 - 35 ปี
  2. วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส.- ปริญญาตรี สาขา การตลาด, การบัญชี การจัดการ,การบริหาร หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. ประสบการณ์ทำงาน 0-2 ปีขึ้นไป
  4. มีทักษะในการใช้โปรแกรมพื้นฐานได้ดี เช่น Excel Word PPT หากใช้ ประแกรม Sap ได้จะพิจาณาเป็นพิเศษ
  5. มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี กระตือรือร้น มีทักษะในการติดต่อสื่อสารประสานงาน สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้
  6. สามารถพูดอ่านเขียนภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี และสามารถขับรถยนต์ได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  7. มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับระบบ ISO9001,IATF16949
  8. คุณสมบัติอื่นๆ มีความสามารถในการแก้ปัญหาและทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
