Job Descriptions
- Coordinate with shipping agency for import - export customer formalities including contracting relevant agencies.
- Verify the accuracy of import - export bills of lading,Inv.+ P/L+BL,Form D, E and other trade privileges.
- Calculate expenses and prepare expenses documents for payment to shipping and related departments.
- Compare bidding shipping agency.
Qualifications
- Experienced in export, coordinating with shipping ,understanding import - export documents, customs tariffs.
- Possess superior problem - solving and negotiation skills with shipping.
- Understand the procedures and processes fir customs clearance formalities for multi - mode of transportation.
- Knowledge of checking and verifying product HS code.
