We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to expand our client portfolio across business segments. This role is crucial for identifying new market opportunities, generating leads, and converting prospective clients into long-term partners. Your strategic acumen, strong negotiation skills, and ability to articulate value will be key to driving new business acquisition and contributing to our market leadership in the e-commerce landscape. Key Responsibilities: - New Business Acquisition: Actively identify, prospect, and secure new client accounts across product categories. - Market Opportunity Identification: Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and potential client needs to pinpoint new business opportunities. - Strategic Proposal Development: Develop and present compelling commercial strategies and tailored solutions to prospective clients, demonstrating how our services can drive their e-commerce success. - Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, from initial contact and qualification through to negotiation and closing deals. - Value Proposition Articulation: Effectively communicate our value proposition, leveraging a deep understanding of e-commerce operations, online marketing, and campaign planning to address potential clients' challenges and showcase our expertise. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and initial success for newly acquired clients. - Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations and the broader industry. - Sales Performance Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on new business development metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and new revenue targets. - Industry Engagement: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree
  2. 1-3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or new client acquisition, preferably within the e-commerce, marketing, or FMCG industries.
  3. Demonstrated ability to identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities.
  4. Understanding of retail or e-commerce business/industry (e.g., health & beauty, fashion, home appliance, power tool, etc.) will be an advantage.
  5. Proficient in English (both spoken and written) and fluent in Thai is a MUST.
